How to Initiate a Return

Submit Return Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your product with your order ID or email address.

Receive Prepaid Label

We issue an RMA number along with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible domestic returns.

Pack & Dispatch Item

Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and drop off at your local courier.

Prompt Refund

Once received and inspected at our lab depot, refunds are credited back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days.

Return Conditions & Restocking Fees

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, cords, manuals, and accessories.
  • We do not charge restocking fees for unopened products returned within the 30-day period.
  • For partner or ShopMy affiliate orders fulfilled directly by the manufacturer (e.g. Camp Snap, Clarins, PRADA), returns can also be processed directly through the brand partner portal.
